Sturdier than first glance
I am using this to scoop solid coconut and palm oils for soap making. It works great. Easily cleaned and so far is holding up exceptionally well. I first thought was that it would bend easily, but so far not the case.

The size is perfect, but this paddle bends easily and is excessively thin
I go easy on utensils, but was disappointed that this beautiful paddle bent on first use. It flexes with little tension, so go easy on it. Also, it's a flat paddle, with no slight curve at all. Would not recommend except for show.
