Great faucet
Bought this to fill my bathtub. It’s a wonderful faucet. It just takes a while to fill the tub.

Excellent faucet but needs metal washers for set screws.
I have installed 100s of faucets and this ranks with the best with one exception.There should be metal washers for the set screws to press against when tightening the handles.I picked up a couple for $3 but they are usually included with this type of tightening feature.

The Shunt Tube is defective
Product is nice but overall it is a waste of time, money and installation. I had a plumber installed and it was found out that the shunt tube is defective. I tried everything possible to get the manufacture on board but there is no way to be found. So this is trash.

Fast filling
The media could not be loaded. Got this hoping that it would fill our large tub fast. It did not disappoint at all. It came with new water lines but the hook ups did not fit the lines in my house. That's ok though. It did everything I was wanting.

Looks amazing, but poor quality and leaks
I stalled by professional plumber, leaked twice and had to pull up entire freestanding tub, take apart drain and not to mention WASTED TIME waiting for plumber to find time to come back multiple times. Now return window is gone and we can't get our house inspected with this not working so now I'm out the time we SHOULD be getting to move into our new home, AND now I'll be out more money because I trust trust the cheaply made parts so I have to go buy a new tub faucet because plumber refused to put this one in again

NEED TO RETURN ITEM AND THEY WILL NOT LET ME.
I need to return this because it does not work for my application and now it is saying too late. I will return it today if allowed. Thank you
