I was recommended these capsules a long time ago and I’ve been using them ever since. I noticed a difference within a couple of weeks after using them. My stomach cramps settled down so much. After a time of using them I decided to take a break from them but by the end of that week I was back on them!!! My cramps flared up and I felt rubbish. They are expensive but worth every penny. I’ve found especially changing to gluten free and lactose free products they definitely help with IBS. I think people look for a miracle for their problems but you also have to help yourself, so by cutting out triggers and taking these tablets I feel pretty good most of the time. I still have the occasional bad stomach but that’s part of IBS, it’s not going to just disappear overnight but by being on top of your triggers and the help of these tablets you can have a relatively normal life. I rely on these tablets now, they are a part of my daily life and I would recommend these for anyone to try.

I have tried many different products to help with my IBS. After a lot of research I tried these 3 months ago. Best thing I ever did. I have not had any flare up's since I started them, I feel much more confident as I now have control of my IBS. No bloating, they are more expensive than anything I have tried, but worth it. I couldn't be without them. Even better I can now buy 8 weeks supply.

I could not manage without taking this. Easy to take and does what it says on the packet. It definitely helps my IBS.

My gastroenterologist recommended I take these for 3 months while I am on the elimination phase of the low FODMAP diet - due to IBS symptoms. I am now in my third month of taking them and I have to say that now when I try reintroducing foods I previously had significant reactions to, the reactions are now much more mild. They are quite expensive but they seem to help!

Tried these for the full 8 weeks, the packaging suggests you may not experience a difference until about the 2 month mark, but found absolutely no change sensitivities etc.They may work for you but unfortunately did nowt for me.

I bought these for my husband and after 6 weeks there is still not any difference. I have just ordered another 2 packets to give it a good trial. Once these are finished we will decide whether to continue.

I had iBS symptoms. I took these for several months and my issues improved dramatically. I stopped taking these and my symptoms returned after a couple of weeks. I’m now planning to start taking them again. I was stupid to stop taking them but you live and learn.

I ordered these for my Mum to try as she said the medication she had been given on prescription didn't do anything. For her these worked better and I have now purchased them again for her.
