I bought this to use with an Elektron Syntakt (quite a bit heavier than a laptop), and I'm pleasantly surprised. I was afraid the stand may be a little too light-duty/flimsy to handle an Elektron Digi-style weight, but this stand has no problems, and could handle even more. The ability to fold it into such a small, compact size is just icing on the functional cake. I had no expectations in that regard. This will place most (keyboardless) synths at whatever desktop angle you'd like, then fold away into almost nothing when you're not using it. Last photo is the stand in its most folded form.I did just receive this today, so I will update my review if durability becomes a concern.

I bought this stand to see if it works with my little, portable desktop; it does! I bought it as a Book stand to hold my Bible so that I can comfortably read it, and it works so very well! My Bible is a hard back and it is very heavy. I love it! I know I can put it into my backpack and read in the car on long trips or in an airplane if I air travel in the future. A lot of books that I buy are hardback, so this will work for my needs! I am so happy that I tried this, and that it has worked out for me! The options I searched for under “Book Holder” were not ideal for what I am looking for! This is exactly what I was looking for! I discovered a larger and more sturdy solution of laptop stands in a thrift shop a few months back and I had a Bible in my cart that I tried out on it to see what the outcome would be! I knew I now needed a portable, lightweight version to take on the go, and this affordable option was exactly right for me!

Currently use it as I am writing this. It's great to have to keep your computer up and to be able to see the keyboard. The build quality is tuff and sturdy, and the size is fairly portable.The only small problem I have is the design; the pins that is holding the laptop up. You have to take the device off, adjust and put back on. I would feel better if it can slide up and down either with a push of button or a pin to the side with a stick that I can pull.But it's great overall for productivity.

I came across this laptop stand when shopping for a similar produce I saw advertised for ten times the price. I travel for business extensively and hotels almost never have anything close to a standing desk. This adjustable laptop stand raises the laptop up so my posture doesn't have to suffer on video calls.It's not light but is surprisingly compact and very well built. Paired with a folding keyboard and the travel mouse I usually have with me anyway and the boring hotel desk transforms into a functional workspace. Extra credit for fitting on an airplane tray table and getting the laptop screen up to eye level. It's more than earned a treasured spot in my carry-on bag.

This has really made remote working a lot more comfortable for me while traveling. I really love the small compact size when folding it to put in my carry on when flying. Lightweight and easy to adjust, it hardly takes any space. It's not exceptionally strong, but strong enough and stable enough when working it helps to alleviate next strain also by lifting my monitor for me on my laptop whenever I work at low desks. It's a really nice design and even comes with a little carry pouch. Even when I am at home in my office I still use this because it's so convenient. I highly recommend it.

This low-cost simple stand has improved my life. I'm serious. With how the world is going, anything good is a big deal. I've got a Lenovo IdeaPad laptop. It's a small laptop. Fortunately, this foldable stand is adjustable for different sizes of laptops. I've got my stand adjusted so that it doesn't cover the vents. (Check the measurements before ordering, though, to make sure it'll work for yours.) Rather than being hunched over the keyboard, I now can get a better look at the screen: I can now have the screen at eye level, while still being able to type if I want to. I wasn't really thinking about having the screen raised, what I'd initially been looking for on Amazon was some sort of way to raise my laptop to keep it cooler. To mitigate overheating the laptop's battery. Which this stand does. The back of the laptop is now a lot cooler. So the bonus is also being able to see the screen better without getting a crick in my neck. Much better to watch streaming videos. Admittedly, if a person is going to do any serious heavy-duty typing, it'll be better to set their laptop back down on a desk. Still, the stand is surprisingly sturdy. Definitely able to easily deal with the typing that I'm doing for this review.

This would work great if there were extensions to hold the laptop at the lower settings. At the mid to high settings, works great.

Great value, easy to setup, raises laptop screen up higher so easier to see on desk. Especially nice when there is a second screen but also moves camera higher for zoom calls etc. Even saves space on the desk. Liked it so much at the office, got a second one to use at home.
