5 STARS for the liquid solution.2.5 STARS for the bottle, brush, and overall packaging.After using the Woolite Carpet Cleaner for almost a decade and being fine/meh about it, I decided to try a new product. This carpet cleaner blows Woolite out of the water!!!!! It smells great and eats up the stain very well. The major issue though is the bottle and brush design. You're supposed to poke a little hole at the top of the bottle so that a little cleaning solution comes out through the brush to scrub. This design sucks. As you're brushing, more solution tends to come out so you're effectively wasting it and oversaturating your carpet as you scrub. My workaround has been to squeeze the solution all over the stain and to detach the brush from the bottle to scrub, or I use another brush if the stain is more heavy duty.I'm dogsitting my sister's pup and he threw up overnight onto the carpet. I sprinked the cleaner onto the stain and within a minute, the stain dissolved like magic. Then I scrubbed it out and patted dry with a towel. Did I mention that it smells great?Overall, phenomenal product, especially for the price. But it needs a better bottle and applicator.

My married and mothered daughter taught me about this product, so the old axiom still remains: Out of the Mouth of Babes! The product itself is great but what makes it even better is the brush and the pliable plastic bottle. Squeeze and brush. Squeeze and brush. Easy cleanup! I have an 11 year old Yorkie who has a mind of her own when it comes to her potty preferences; she does her thing outside, or on the puppy pad, or close to the puppy pad, or not even close to the puppy pad. Oh WOE is me! I am reminded daily how much fun it is to clean up after her. Her owner, ahem ... me ... did a horrible job of training her. But this is about Carbona Carpet Cleaner, not about my lack of being a proper pet parent. I have many other similar products in my cupboard, but time and time again I grab Carbona first and not the others. Try it! You'll like it. And maybe you can have fun like I do!

this stuff is great. one of the things that separates it from other cleaning products is the brush that is part of the bottle. the cleaning fluid not only comes thru the brush onto the area you wish to clean but it eliminates the possibility of losing your bush. it comes in various sizes and is also available for cleaning your couches and chairs.

Because I have used the product before and it works well I am giving it four stars, however due to a quality issue one bottle did not have the hole in the cap, resulting in unsuccessful attempts to use! Good thing I bought two! Will trade off on using the cap when needed.

This works really well, got all of my stains out very nicely which was amazing.. but the truth is I use the entire bottle on two somewhat small areas of my carpet. The way the liquid outpour is designed is to continuously out for as your scrubbing through a small hole that you poke through the seal. So I would recommend to perhaps to put the liquid on separately and that way you don't constantly spill it out and use the entire bottle.

I needed to brighten this 2'x6' rug used in my bathroom. There were no stains, just areas from foot traffic. I assumed this would be sufficient. For the price I gave it a shot thinking I would use a bit and then have most left over to use again in the future. Was I wrong! The whole bottle. I "pierced" the inside cap cover as the instructions said, did not remove it. The rug is now damp. It's been atleast 2 hours since I scrubbed it down. I also used a long bristle scrub brush to bring back the pile and wiped everything down with a towel. It looks promising BUT the bottle and application method gets this graded a three. Too much product was used for this one rug. Unless there are major changes in the bottle and application method I will not buy again. Also, there is a slight chemical smell and ZERO foam. Adding this last detail caused my grade to drop to 2.5. Hope this helps.Next day after extensive period of drying I vacuumed and the last picture marked "next day" is thee end result. Fluffy, bright and what I wanted but the cost was the whole bottle of cleaner because the application mechanism is horrible. Fix that and you will get me back as a user. We are back to a full grade 3.

Works amazing! I accidentally spilled coffee next to my bed and didn’t receive the product until a few days later so was worried whether or not I woulc be able to fullyget the stain out. You can barely even tell there was a spill here. Very easy to use and clearly very efficient! 10/10 would recommend.
